Job Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Fulfill the requirements of Chapter Six of the constitution.
Have at least six (6) years working experience in a University/institutions of higher learning or equivalent and at least three (3) years’ experience working in Human Resource Department/Section
Must possess Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration; Business Administration; any Social Sciences or equivalent qualification from an accredited and recognized University;
Proficiency in computer applications;

Job Responsibilities

Coordinating payment of utilities;
Coordinating transport and logistics in the University College;
Developing departmental annual procurement plans;
Drafting of reports;
Ensuring proper leave management;
Ensuring requisitions for office stationery, equipment and furniture and other required materials;
Ensuring security of records, stationery, and office equipment furniture;
Ensuring the implementation and adherence to administration policies, procedures and guidelines;
Facilitating communication with staff/students and relevant stakeholders;
Offering secretariat services to University College committees;
Participating in departmental quality management and performance contract activities.
Processing and dissemination of information;
Processing data for administrative planning;
